"Astilleros Comodoro S.A." is an Industry created to cover the local, national and international needs, recently inaugurated in the Patagonia Argentina, entirely Certified ISO 9001 - 2000 for the BVQI with Certificate emitted by the UKAS and it is the Company of Naval Constructions, heavy Metallurgic and Off-shore constructions, best equipped in the region.

It has excellent facilities, qualified staff and it's located in a strategic area for the activities that it develops, being a potential source of generation of genuine employment and an important collaborator to the economic and industrial growth of the country.

The company is developing activities in four different areas:

• Construction and repair of ships: In this item the company has elaborated exclusive designs for fishing vessel, tugs, cargo carriers and all type of ships until the 90 meters length. The ships are landing and launching through a Syncrolift and a transfer system.

• Off Shore: repair and adaptation of Calm Buoys, for oil products transfer from land to ship, , construction of equipment and auxiliary devices for the Off-shore submarine activity, project and construction of off-shore structures for oil exploration and production.

• Wind Energy: Construction and assembly of towers for wind turbines of 700 KW with third party engineering, auxiliary services for repairs of mills in wind mill park.

• Metallurgic Constructions: Heavy in big thickness plates, requested by customers as special works, either conformed or non developed surfaces.
