The shipyard is located in Comodoro Rivadavia's City, in the County of Chubut, República Argentina.

Since the history of this place began with the discovery of petroleum in 1907, the industrial development of the city has been guided by the metallurgist and metal-mechanic sector mainly, existing a great number of companies an excellent level staff.

The city park of machineries includes trucks, carts and cranes up to 300 Tons, foundry ovens of up to 1500 KW, lathes of up to 7 meters among tips, with 2.5 meters turn, tools of great size and all type of either manual or numeric control operation.
